Hi, I’m Maddie
I'm a SoCal native with a career that's ping-ponged across advertising, localization, event production, interior design, and creative project management. Not knowing what I wanted to do out of college turned out to be the best thing I never planned, as every detour led me to a job I didn’t know existed 10 years ago: creative operations.Currently, I'm Sr. Manager of Creative Operations at Sweetgreen, running campaigns and productions end to end, whether that be product shoots, brand campaigns, digital imagery, printed matter, merch collections, or corporate events. A lot of the job is translating between the people making the work and the people signing off on it, while the rest is being obsessive about flawless execution and creative output that feels authentic.
Off the clock, I'm a freediver, cat mom, and glassware collector.
